Hello More than six months ago, I traveled for work, and upon my return, I was surprised to find that my account had been banned for violating rule GR1.4. I would like to clarify that I did nothing intentionally wrong. Since joining the server, I have only had two accounts. I have never owned any other accounts. I kindly ask that you reconsider the ban, and I sincerely hope it will be lifted. If you need any information regarding my account, I am available to provide it at any time. With all due respect,
