1.I wanna be a leader in this org because I’ve been hc in a lot of different orgs and I just want ng to be my first org leading it.
2.and ng is army and that’s where I wanna go when I finish school so I can get a understanding on the army.
3.I’ve been in ng before and it was fun but didn’t have much access to stuff so I wanna lead it so I can have more access to stuff in the org.

- NCOS seargent-commander seargent major Mid-level — responsible for training, discipline, and supervising enlisted troops.
- Warent officer:Technical experts and bridging roles between enlisted and commissioned officers.
- Commissioned LT through to major:Lead small to medium units, plan and execute missions.
- high command LT. Colonel to general: Strategic leadership, set policies, coordinate with other legal organizations, oversee large-scale operations.
