Life story:
Born in the Los Santos ghetto, Maxx has been involved in the criminal world since childhood. As a teenager, he had already started engaging in illegal activities, because of his father. He had started robbing people and cars. His father was a multi-criminal guy. Over time, however, he had made many enemies in the ghetto. One day, axx's friend was arrested by the LSPD officers for drug dealing. His best friend and protector were imprisoned and Maxx had only his father on the streets.
One day, Maxx woke up with the news that his father had been murdered by a gang member. Now he had to take care of himself alone. His father's enemies had also murdered his friend in prison a short time later. Maxx 's had lost a lot of power and all his friends had separated from him. After Maxx started receiving threat messages, Maxx was feeling so nervous. Successive separated of friends made Maxx 's ill. After moving, Maxx met new close friends and was like family with them. Maxx decided to join the LSPD to honour himself. Maxx had put his criminal past behind him, but he still couldn't resist quick money. So, he started to get corrupt and turn a blind eye to some illegal activities. He also illegally resells confiscated weapons and equipment in order to earn something extra. His friends are sacred to him and he will protect them at all costs.
Career Story:
Maxx started his professional career at the LSPD. He learned and completed his trainings Fastly because he wanted to escape his illegal past. Maxx learned quickly and began making friends at LSPD very early on. Through quick successes, LSPD was promoted more and more. He was a part of the detectives, after Maxx decided to join FIB to get a great career. After two terms of violence, Maxx was back to LSPD with his old friends. Illegal side of Maxx came to light again. First, he started beating suspects or even shooting at them, but it didn't stop. He started to go to the ghetto more and more often after his duty and robbed people there . Because of all this stuff now Maxx has no mercy to anybody . His friends were always important to him; he still protected them and sold them illegal equipment.
Outcomes:-
1 Maxx can do illegal activities like rob and kill with family and friends due to his past experience.
2 Maxx can kill or torture Lawyers or Witness for safety of Org and Himself. (With proper RP and RP commands)
3 Maxx can take bribes, but cannot take bribe to be a hostage (up to $100k or equivalent value in illegal firearms or items);
4 Maxx can lie about calling a lawyer and refuse to provide any kind of identification to anyone.
5 Maxx can remove criminals from the wanted list and wipe their criminal record.
6 Maxx Can sell and buy illegal weapons/illegals items in the black market. (Following GR 6.3)
