2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
2.1 I am in this city for 2 years and i gained lots of experience.I would like to also be a leader of LSPD and make my career more better and make lspd more better.In past terms of LSPD i made lots of improvements in HRT work that every HRT worker can easily understand.Also i want to stop favoritisim with my best that i have seen favoritism in past terms.
2.2 I will make sure that our High Commands are very skillfull and knowledgeable to handle all type of situations as well as helping to win every event possible.I will make sure that High Command team works very hard with dicipline and watchs every single units to not do any kind of mistakes to make them more experienced in LSPD.About high commands activity i will make sure to select night,day and morning time High Commands that they can respond all situations in all times.I will make sure none of the High Commands do any kind of favoritism WE WILL ALL BE EQUAL HERE.
2.3 I have seen that many officers that argues each other in events and lose the events i will make sure to stop it and make them always professional and more diciplined when i am leader.About making them active i will make sure that they get bonusses and promotions every week to make them more excited to work hard in LSPD.Me and My Loyal high commands will make sure that no body has problem with each others and there will be no conflict between them.If i see any when i am leader me and my ia team will disscuss it and give strike upto blacklist.
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
3.1 My HRT team will hire all ex officers when we start the term after the freeze they will make lots of recruitment drive that all newbies can know about LSPD and if they meet requirtments they will get hired and trained to be new officers to city
3.2 I will make sure that my SWAT team makes new tactics and explain all to swat trainees that they can learn and it will be more easier to win all events.I will make sure that they do Ghetto Patrols and make ghettos more clean.
3.3 My IA team will check logs everyday and make sure that there is no such suspicious activity found.If they see any kind of favoritism we will all discuss and give him warning upto global blacklist.
3.4 I will make lots of ic events with new such ideas that everyone can enjoy and make rp more better
