I submitted an unban request after receiving a permanent ban for alleged cheating. My unban appeal was rejected outright with the comment: "We do not support cheaters", without any detailed explanation, evidence, or opportunity for clarification. The rejection was given on my original unban request post, which was dismissed without proper review.
I would like to state clearly that I have never used any cheats or software designed to gain an unfair advantage. The only program that may have triggered the ban is “Hone”, which I used solely for FPS/performance monitoring. I was not aware that this tool is considered a violation of the server rules, as it does not interact with gameplay or provide any unfair advantage.
In my appeal, I explained the situation honestly, but my request was simply declined, which I consider unfair and lacking transparency. I am therefore requesting a neutral re-evaluation by a different admin.
