2. Why do you want to be the leader of this specific organisation?
2.1.
Why specifically national guard
I have served in almost all the organizations as a normal employee and in high command. From there I gained some experiences where I learned about how the organization works, how to manage the departments, and how to manage employees in an organization. Recently I saw from a couple of NG terms that NG is not very active in the city, the citizens are not that happy, and also, I saw in past terms they failed to maintain and manage NG properly, like other organizations faced some problems to do Ammo Run and all, so this type of thing decreases NG's value. And I feel petty for this, like one organizational value is going down day by day in the city. For that, I believe if I get the chance to become leader, I can manage NG very well with my fully trusted, supportive, and experienced team, who will help me in my whole term to make NG better, like it needed to be. That's the reason I want to become leader of this particular organization.

Maintain the positive environment
I have the ability to maintain a positive environment within NG and among all the employees. As a good listener, I would take the time to carefully understand the situation before making decisions. This approach helps me find the solution that works best for everyone and ensures a healthy, supportive environment.

Fostering teamwork
I have a strong team for NG that will support me in running the organization and prepare me for any challenges we may face in the future. I will do my best to guide my team on how to manage NG as part of High Command and ensuring that our HCs work together with cooperation and unity.-
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization
Activity
I’ll make sure the team stays active by giving everyone tasks to do and a clear role. We’ll keep things interesting with new tasks and fun missions so that no one gets bored and everyone stays involved.
Professionalism:
I will make sure everyone in the team acts respectfully and responsibly. We’ll treat citizens and other state workers politely and professionally. Keeping a good image and behaving well will be a big part of how we train and work together.
Realistic role play:
I’ll set up special training and certificates for each department to make sure everyone knows how to do their job well. I will make sure the NG experience will be as realistic as possible with tasks and behaviour.
Departments in my ng term
Department of Human Resources and training:
The human resources department will ensure the activity of soldiers within the organization with responsibilities such as hiring, training, checking logs, and managing each soldier's
Department of military police:
Military Police is internal affairs of the NG; they will make sure everyone is following the law, and they will make sure everyone is professional. And also, they will have special operations, such as license inspections, and they will also patrol the base for any illegal activity.
Department of special forces:
They'll serve as the National Guard's SWAT team. They will respond to store robberies, hostage situations, etc.
department of the Air Force:
They'll patrol the base perimeter to identify any suspicious gang activity. In hostage situations, they'll also take the crucial role of scouting the scene.
Department of public relation:
They will be the event management team of NG. They will do different types of events for engaging citizens in the city and encouraging them to join the NG. They will also try to make good relations with other organizations.
