- 1. Strong RP and Command Experience: I have served in various organizations like NG HRT, Ballas, and Marabunta, which gave me a balanced understanding of both legal and illegal RP. My time in NG HRT especially helped me understand tactical leadership, discipline, and how to lead operations with precision. I'm confident that I can manage the National Guard with strong coordination and structure.
- 2. Passion for Serious RP and Responsibility: Legal orgs require serious, rule-following roleplay, and I enjoy that level of professionalism. I want to bring back respect to NG and make it a top-tier legal force in the city. Whether it’s handling city lockdowns, border security, or joint operations with FIB and LSPD, I want to lead with order, planning, and realism.
- 3. Leadership with Discipline and Fairness: I know all the server rules very well — RDM, VDM, PG, MG, etc. — and I will make sure my entire team follows them strictly. Promotions will be based on RP quality and behavior, not favoritism. I want NG to be respected not just for its power, but for the maturity and discipline it shows in every RP scenario.
- Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization:
To improve RP in the National Guard, I will start with proper training protocols — including weapons handling, radio comms, border checkpoints, and tactical missions. Recruits will be guided properly from day one. I will host regular drills, IC briefings, and joint ops with other legal orgs to increase realism. Any form of OOC behavior or toxicity will be handled strictly. I want NG to run like a real military unit — organized, respectful, and RP-focused.
