2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization?
2.1 LSPD is the first Org that I joined when I start playing in this city. So, I have a soft corner for LSPD. Because of that I want to Run a good term of LSPD and make it better. I have my team ready who will help me to make this term better. Also I have multiple plans about it.
2.2 I was ex FIB deputy, ex SAHP deputy and I hold HC positions in multiple orgs . But I never become a leader which was my dream from starting . So, this time I want to run for LSPD as a leader. With my experience and connections, I can serve a good term for LSPD . That's one of the reasons why I want to become LSPD leader.
2.3 No doubt LSPD is one of the Best organisation . But there is always a scope to improve. I pointed a lot of mistakes of previous leader which I want to fix in this term and I want to implement some new things that will make LSPD better .I have some plans for fixing towing . Also, I got 25 PR events idea ready already .
3.Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
3.1 I have multiple plans to improve roleplay. First I want to focus on SWAT department, which was neglected by past leaders. I want to make SWAT better with new training and plans . I have a lot of good shooter who actually will lead SWAT properly and Will make sure SWAT using their uniform in every event and run it like a proper department.
3.2 PR is one of the most important thing in LSPD . Also I have 25 unique PR events ready . Which will increase RP in city . Because PR is the way to communicate with citizens so I will hired an experience PR team to help me in PR .
3.3 I will appoint good IA team to keep eye on everyone. They will check everyone and make sure that everyone is working properly No favouritism happening in my term . Also, they will check every logs and will work professionally to improve RP .
