I’ve been trying to get in touch with tech support for a few weeks now, but I still haven’t gotten any response. I’ve sent a few messages through the support ticket, but it feels like they’re just ignoring me or closing my requests without any explanation. It’s really frustrating, especially since I can’t access my account at all.
I bought a new pc recently, and ever since, I haven’t been able to log in. I even tried logging in from my old pc just to be sure, but no luck there either. My Social Club account info hasn’t changed at all, same email, same password.
Just to add, I also asked two admins on the RS server if they could help me out, but they couldn’t do much either they just told me to try reaching out to support.
I’d really appreciate if someone could take a look and help me get back into my account.
