2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization?
i) I am playing grand rp for more than 2 years. in this years i have gained good amount of knowledge about the city. in this two years i have joined all the gangs in the city. in all these bloods is my favorite gang and bloods is my first gang i have joined in city. In so many terms i have been high command in all the gang more than 100 times. from all these gangs bloods is my favorite gang I have gained a lot of experience in the time which i have spent in the criminal organization. So i want to become leader and want to test my skill and want to lead a whole organization. I have been worked under the many gang leaders, learning different leadership styles and adopting the best to my gang. i have been playing in the server for many years i have seen the ups and downs of the gangs. one thing i have noticed in that the strong leadership will make a dominating gang in the city.
ii) From recent time Gangs is not involving much in the events and they are not giving any interest in the doing events. i will ensure that me and my gang members will attend every single event and dominate the ghetto without breaking any kind of rules. My goal is to make my gang soo dominating that even after my term disband people in the city wants to remember our gang.
iii) i want to make my gang as the most dangerous and dominating gang in the city and i want to make the bloods as the most active gang in the whole city.
3. Your advice for improving the Role-play level in the organization.
i) first we will hire the experienced gang members who are aware with the city rules. we ask the rules abut the gang if they dont know our high commands is ready for help the peoples.
ii) I will not tolerate any king of toxicity that could influence the RP experience in the Rp situation.
iii) i will make sure that every activities that we will done in ghetto will be more realistic.
iv) I will make sure that everyone in the gang being respectful towards each other and if anyone is being toxic to others will be instantly kicked or punished. toxicity will not be tolerated in my gang.
