I went to GOV to check the name change price. ID 189803 cuffed me without any demands He dragged me outside using grab/ungrab multiple times but never said he was grabbing or ungrabbing. When I asked about his mic he said he had one and claimed he gave demands but he didn’t.
Later, he offered to release me for 2k calling it a “very good offer.” Thats corruption without bio, which is not allowed. He also powergamed by running while I was cuffed and grabed
