2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation):
2.1 I want to become a leader of The Families because, i have done a lot of things in my RP life and that's why it is time to become a leader of The Families for me. I have been serving my time as a deputy in a gang currently, and i would like to serve my time as a leader for The Families as well
2.2 Many of my friends have been leader or tried to become one, and i literally believe that i can be a leader like them all and i always wanted to be on highest rank but have never got there, if i become a leader, it will be great for my goals and will make me happy as well
2.3 When i was in events such as store robbery, fz raid, clands, many people argue about something with each other and it ruins the communication and togetherness so when i be a leader, then i can get them listen to me and make the communication and togetherness better. So, i truly want to become a leader of this specific organization
3.Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization:
3.1 I will make sure that every member of this organization is more than level 10 and make sure people passed long interview process because im aware of favoritism inside this rp project i gained all of these ranks and deputy position by myself and im disgusted from all this people who got their ranks without deserving it. You can trust my sensitivity about favouritism
3.2 Ghetto clapping is the most important thing of increasing activity of organization because people want to join the term which claps them. We will make ghetto the most dangerous location of the city and people will be aware of making their routes to main ghetto and they will extend their ways for not entering main ghetto because of us
3.3 Third idea of mine is having a nice deputy team from different nations and time zones so all of my deputies can be helpful to players who play from different countries, because, if i get nice and fair deputies that can communicate and touch hearts of people, people would be loyal to us
