Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
-After spending some time away from the city, I’ve now returned and feel ready to take on a leadership role once again. Based on my previous experience, I believe I’m capable of handling the responsibilities that come with it and contributing positively to the organization.
-I aim to foster a more inclusive and dynamic environment within the organization. In many cases, lower-ranking members are overlooked when it comes to meaningful involvement in key operations. Drawing from my own experience, I want to ensure that every member has the opportunity to engage, develop their skills, and take on responsibilities that allow them to grow within the group
-The final reason I’m applying for this position is my belief that criminal organizations have lost much of their former presence and influence in the city. I see this as a chance to reintroduce structure, purpose, and competition to the criminal world. No one will be safe, and my gang will take over 100% of the territories in the ghetto.
What advice would you give for improving the roleplay level in the organisation?
1.I plan to keep members engaged with frequent, well-organized events such as robberies, ambushes, FZ raids, and hostage situations all designed to encourage teamwork and immersive RP.
2.Promoting mutual respect within the group is essential. I would ensure that every member feels valued and supported, while also encouraging constructive communication.
3.I would make sure all members understand and follow server rules, stay in character, and maintain a high standard of RP. Rule breaking or out-of-character behavior would be addressed immediately.
4.Interactions with rival groups would remain competitive but respectful. I would actively discourage toxic behavior and instead promote healthy, realistic conflict that benefits everyone’s RP.
5. By leading through example, I hope to make our group not only one of the most active, but also one of the most respected criminal organizations — known for both its strength and RP quality.
