1. Why do you want to become an admin and leave RP-life?
I've been in the RP community for a long time now, and I've love it all. But now I think I can do that more from the administrative point of view to keep the server fair and high quality. I want to help the community, help new players, help veteran players, and make sure the rules are followed equally. After all, admin is my form of repaying the server and helping it expand in the right direction.
2. What are your strengths?
1. Calm and composed under pressure
2.Good knowledge of server rules and RP rules
3.Patient and just when dealing with players reports
4.Strong written and verbal communication and conflict resolution
5.Being active in the community and visible at all times
3. What are your weaknesses?
I have a habit of overcommitting myself, and I have been working on drawing clearer boundaries between work and personal time to promote doing less but doing it better.
There are times when I get a little too in to the details but this also helps ensure I don’t miss something significant while looking at logs or reports.
4. What can you do to help out the admin team?
Unbiased and objective officiating in enforcing the rules
Good understanding of server mechanics, commands and system.
Able to teach the game and clearly explain rules
Speaks fluent English And is a fast typer
Ability to manage reports and tickets timely and with fairness
5. Will you be ready to sell your business?
Yes, i am ready to sell my business if i got selected.
6. Any IRL issue or situation that is preventing you from being active at the moment or any time soon?
