For Mavi, joining the SAHP had nothing to do with justice — it was always about leverage, safety, and control. At just 16, armed with forged papers and a silver tongue, he talked his way into the department. Climbing the ladder came easy, not just because he could handle himself, but because he understood how the system really worked. He turned a blind eye when it paid off, greased palms when needed, and built a web of off-the-books operations — trafficking firearms, shielding underground racers, and more. Outwardly, he’s the picture of professionalism: sharp suit, tight routine, and a spotless record. But underneath, Mavi is a name that commands both fear and respect in the shadowy underbelly of SAHP’s corruption.
Outcomes :
1. Mavi can go in ghetto off duty and break other rules as an corrupt officer on duty and off duty.
