The guy who posted the forum didn't explain the full situation. I was robbing the ATM and he came in as a police officer to stop the ATM robbery. I didn't know he was a police officer because he was on duty without a vest. When he stopped the robbery I checked and saw that he was the only person around the ATM. So I decided to kill him because it was a RP situation. (My explanation to the matter is if police officers can cuff people after stopping atm robbery, why cant the robber kill them i.e. RP situation is still on).
