Dear Admin Team,
I hope you're doing well.
I'm writing to sincerely request a fair and thorough review of the ban I received on July 15, 2025, under rule G1.3 (scamming). I understand the seriousness of this rule, but I believe the situation was misrepresented, and I’d like the opportunity to explain everything clearly and transparently.
I recently returned to Grand RP after a few months away and wasn’t fully familiar with the current economy and item values. Not long after I came back, I was contacted by someone I had known from before — he previously went by the name “Shadif-190116” In game (his Discord/mail name at the time). Because of our past friendly history, I trusted him.
He offered to sell me a Volex Type 2 watch for $4 million, assuring me I could easily resell it for $5 million. Based on that trust, I bought it — only to later find out the actual value was around $2 million. I calmly confronted him, returned the watch, and even offered him a commission if he could resell it instead. I was trying to handle the situation peacefully and respectfully.
Later, I asked him for help pricing some older battle pass items I had — including summer crates. He offered to guide me, and during a screen-share call, he instructed me step-by-step on how to list them:
He even told me to sit at the beach and stay logged in so my shop wouldn’t close. At no point did I think I was doing anything wrong — I thought I was being helped by someone I trusted.
To my shock, I was later reported for scamming — by the same person who guided me through the entire process.
When I asked him to tell the truth to the admins, he refused. He said things like:
“Type what you want me to say, and I’ll copy-paste it.”
This made it seem like I was trying to pressure him, when all I wanted was for him to acknowledge the truth.
Later, he changed his story, claiming:
“You put the price and left mails.”
However, I have full screen recordings that clearly show otherwise:
1. Confession – Pricing Guidance
Confession_1_Price_Guidance (LINK) & (LINK)
He admits giving me exact prices and guiding me through the process.
2. Confession – Watch Deal
Confession_2_Watch_Scam (LINK)
Shows I was misled on the watch price, and his role in that situation.
3. In-Game POV – Beach Market Setup with VC
BeachMarket_Setup_POV.mp4 (LINK)
Shows him beside me in-game and guiding me over VC while I ask if the pricing is okay — and he confirms it is.
4. Avoiding Confession When Confronted
Avoiding_Confession_Chat (LINK)
(Although the file is partly corrupted, his voice is still identifiable.) He refuses to talk, saying:
“There are some rules, I can’t talk about this here.”
Clearly showing hesitation once he realized I might be recording.
I hope you're doing well.

My Story (Full Context)
- One crate for $150,000
- The other two for $6 million and $7 million
He even told me to sit at the beach and stay logged in so my shop wouldn’t close. At no point did I think I was doing anything wrong — I thought I was being helped by someone I trusted.
How I Was Set Up
To my shock, I was later reported for scamming — by the same person who guided me through the entire process.
- He gave me the exact prices to list.
- He was in a live screen-share, guiding me in real-time.
- His voice can be heard in VC during the setup.
- His Discord/mail name is visible in the recordings.
- On July 17, he changed his name from “Shadif” to “Spider Man,” possibly to hide his identity — but the voice in the recordings matches both names and is clearly the same person.

Why I Believe This Ban Is Unfair
- I was misled and guided by someone I trusted.
- I had no intent to scam or break any rules.
- I have a clean record with no prior bans or warnings.
- I cooperated fully and even returned items voluntarily.
- I submitted clear, direct evidence showing what really happened.
- The person who reported me played a major role in what occurred and then changed his story.
What I’m Asking For
- A fair and full review of all evidence — especially the Discord/mails recordings and game POV.
- Consideration of my clean record, honest intentions, and willingness to cooperate.
- A review of the other player’s involvement and behavior.
- If my good faith and lack of malicious intent are clear, I respectfully request that my ban be lifted.
