Hello Admin,

I recently got a Ban for GR 1.9, I am a new player in city I don't know how by any means I broke the rules
I always follow all rules in city and respect it all

Still if there has been any mistake from my side I am really sorry
Please forgive me for the mistake I did unknowingly

I am also ready for money wipe if needed, this is my first time so please consider my request.
