Rejected Ban for PREV+1.9 | Light_Moon

To whomsoever this may concern, hope you are doing well. I am writing this to let inform you that i have been banned for the reasons PREV+ GR 1.9 and i do not know the reasons as to why. I had minimal activity yesterday compared to my usual timings and left the game around 10:40 PM server time. Later today on 17/7/25, I launched the game in the evening only to find out that i have been banned for the above mentioned reasons (proof attached below). I would request an appeal as I don't think i have done whatever I have received a ban for and even if i have done so, i would like an explanation as to when so I can know why i have been banned.
