Hamza was born in Izmir. When he was a kid, he lost his parents so he lived his childhood with his friends. Hamza had no issues regarding money because his father was rich and he got his inheritance when he reached the age of 18. As he was only a child he learned the streets with his friends he saw how the things work in crime he was kinda liked it and did some crime activity with his friends but one of the drug delivery he got caught by cops but they released due to his age and he understand how it can be that bad if he keep doing those things so he decide to join LSPD academy and he studied and got accepted to LSPD but one of the mission he went he found some drugs and money so he decided to keep it because of he feels better when he got high and he started coming duties late and tired and started taking bribes from suspect and release the suspects and dragged to darks side slowly.

Hamza's journey through the Los Santos Police Department (LSPD) Hamza started his job as a trainee after he passed his trainings with high points and Patrol Officer and he joined to SWAT department and went all mission and accomplished very well and not a single lost in his team and after his hard work he got promoted to Captain of SWAT department and he continues to complete the missions successfully and best way it could but at the and all of that work made him tired and wants to stay in SWAT department to but he dosnt want to lead all missions so he got promoted to TFO and kept his work in LSPD with that rank.
Outcomes:
1- Hamza can take bribes. ( up to 100k and illegal items on the suspect )
2- Hamza can deny and lie about calling a lawyer and refuse to provide any type of identification.
3- Hamza can act like a criminal. For example, go for the ghetto clap, buy, sell, or use illegal stuff (no ORG weapons included).
4- Hamza can add or remove people in wanted list, remove previous reasons for being arrested, give fines or arrest anyone that he wants and can suggest them to give him bribes such as money or their guns to get free. ( with proper RP and IC reason to arrest no MG )
