Elysia Velmora was born in Sandy Shore. Since she was a young girl, she grew up in a rough neighborhood. Elysia learned how to drive at an early age to escape the dangers that surrounded her. Her mother passed away during childbirth, and her father, a government officer at Sandy Hospital, lost his job and medical license due to corruption. As a result, Elysia and her family became homeless.
Luckily, they were taken in by Elysia's grandmother, who raised her with love and care. Despite the shelter and affection her grandmother provided, the loss and hardship Elysia endured deeply affected her and planted the seed of vengeance within her.
After ten years of striving to rebuild their lives, Elysia’s grandmother passed away as well. Seeking a fresh start and purpose, Elysia moved to Los Santos to continue her studies. Upon completing her education, she joined the Los Santos Police Department (LSPD), taking her first official step toward justice—and revenge.

Elysia Velmora was only 8 years old when she first joined the San Andreas Highway Patrol (SAHP). She quickly earned a reputation for being hardworking, quick-thinking, and honest. Her strong character led her to play important roles within both the Internal Operations (IO) and Human Resources (HR) departments.
Due to her impressive performance, Elysia was later offered a prestigious position at the Federal Investigation Bureau (FIB), where she found success. However, during her time there, she secretly joined a gang and began living a double life—using her position to gather information and report back to the gang.
Eventually, Elysia sought redemption. She left her criminal ties behind and accepted a government position as Deputy Warden in the Department of Corrections (DOC), then transitioned into emergency medical services (EMTs) to help others and save lives. Despite her efforts, she often faced threats and disrespect even as an EMT.
Now, Elysia Velmora has fully left her criminal past behind. She lives a lawful life, pays her taxes, and is committed to peace.
