Approved Killing in city | ID 4519, 14336

I have already opened a report on these guys and I got rejected.
After I posted another complaiment and I got approved (https://gta5grand.com/forum/threads/10829/#post-39178), I open new report on them.
It doesn't matter that I am talking in discord guys. watch the thread I just added.

Two guys just came out of nowhere and killed me and my friends for no reason.
I got one more record of 20 seconds that after I revived him and he revived me, they came back and kill us again. Didn't upload caues it's of 20 seconds.
