I was in the arena and was pulled for a PC check and we did that with Bambi but I was completely clean but he said that I was banned because of a hardware ID changer even though I don't cheat

But I know that you shouldn't have something like that on your PC and I'm sorry for that and it won't happen again but I just want to play with my friends again
