Approved Admin Complaint against Theo Bailey

Good day Mazhor,

Last night we were doing the Event "Vehicle Theft" and my members thought it would be a good idea to place them self on a roof, to have a better view on the Event and to have a good placement when the car spawns. Then as u can see a FIB employee went to my members and told them its not alright to be on the roof before the Event starts, which for me is Fail RP cuz he tells them what to do and what in the Rules is. This guy didnt even got punished for his behavior from the Admin Theo Bailey. But to come to my point at the Event "Vehicle Theft" is no clear "Zone" where u are not allowed to spawn. Every weekend its a diffrent spot where the car spawns and ever Gang Member is allowed to be next to the car or to place himself on a roof to shoot from up there on the police officers. The Rule which my members got punished for is for Events like for example "Buisness war" or "weapons factory" and so on. And because its a IC Event where no specific zone is marked on the Map where u are not allowed to start. In my opinion its just using wrong Rules to punish people in a completely wrong situation. If it counts to IC events, the rule needs to be changed because many rules are getting interpreted wrong just to punish a player for a "wrong action" in their view. I hope i could explain u clearly what the problem is and i hope u´ll add a rule for events like that or punish the admin fairly for his decision.

I would like to add something too. This admin penalized me for Combat Logging (UB) with a warning and i was marabunta too. I've tried to find out from several people if that's fair, they only said if I've done it more than once. I never did combat logging in my entire time at Grand. My warning expires tomorrow or something like that, but it was hard for me to be punished with the maximum penalty. I just wanted to say.
