Hello, the forums I previously opened were rejected. Yesterday, I received a message via email from GrandRP, and I have attached a screenshot of it below for you to see. They told me that I need to open a new forum properly.

I am explaining the situation to you again: that night, I had a macro running on my computer, but I had downloaded and used it for a different game, not for this one. However, I forgot to close it and it was running in the background. Someone came to my live stream, noticed this, reported me, and as a result, my account was permanently banned.
60 day ban form: Approved - GR 4.1 | 94838
However, after reading the rules, the punishment I should have received was a 60-day ban. I have submitted many forums, all of which were rejected. I have clearly sent you all the details below. The incorrect decision was also confirmed via email. Please reconsider the case and also review my complaint about the admin who made this wrong decision.
