Upon reviewing the evidence, I have decided to Deny this report
1- Edited POV: Your background music is too loud; I couldn't hear if you talked or not in-game, even if you were alone, as your mic was on all the time, + the sounds of the game couldn't be heard in some portions of your video because of the loud music.
2- Insufficient evidence: The person who got into the car could have been anyone else with the privilege of driving that car, + his ID wasn't visible.
