In the first POV, at timestamp 0:03, you can see one of my officer was getting shots from that side, so we went there, and this person was there carrying Light Machine Gun.

Nothing to punish here
1- No proof that ID 210931 was the shooter. Having a gun in his inventory is not proof; it could be anyone else
2- No MetaGaming in the 5 seconds you have indicated, didn't hear him saying anything or talking about the situation
3- Regarding GR 3.2 + GR 3.1: it was also not clear what was said + he wasn't visible in the pov when what you claim was said happened​
