Additional information
1. Leader of Los Santos Police Department
2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
1. I have already led the LSPD in en 2 as a chief of police, so I know how to manage the organization from the top. I'm experienced in leading a whole team (members of the organization), maintaining discipline and improving the quality of RP. This experience gives me the confidence to take on the position in en 3 and lead the term effectively.
2. As a former en 3 admin, I have seen the things and RP from the Admin's Point of view too, I know what they expect from the leader, how important rule enforcement is and how to handle ooc situations. I have dealt with rule breaks, complaints and reports. This makes me more capable of running an org that doesn't just look for a good RP, but also operates smoothly. I will make sure LSPD members follow rules and represent the legal side of the server properly.
3. Right now, legal RP often falls behind criminal RP in terms of planning and quality. I wanna change that. I want LSPD to become an org known for realistic RP and professional behavior. Whether it's a hostage situation, a simple traffic stop or a court case or trial we should deliever a high quality RP in every situation. We will focus on training officers in a realistic communication, teamwork and how to keep situations interesting.
4. LSPD should not be a group of random officers/people, it should be a proper org where each rank has responsibility and value. I will introduce a clean structure with clear tasks, expectations and goals. Promotions will be based on performace. Officers will know what is required to move forward. Highcommands will be active, helpful and involved in teaching/mentoring others.
5. I don't just want members to log in and patrol, I want them to enjoy being a part of something meaningful. Everyone will be given chance to grow. For ex, if someone enjoys RP in SWAT department, they will get a proper training and involvement. People will feel valued, recognized and motivated to stick with LSPD.
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
1. Every cadet will be trained with tactics. How to handle stops, arrests and intense situations. We will have a interview and performance based promotions. I will also introduce a lot of things for fun, for ex: Training on the Mount Chiliad.
2. Rp in lspd shouldn't be about chasing and shooting only. Officers will also engage with citizens in a peaceful way. For ex: They can talk with them during patrols, explain traffic laws, help with safety awareness. This adds more realistic and meaningful RP.
3. Members who show maturity, consistency and great RP. We will do officer of the week. This boosts motivation and encourages people to maintain high standards.
4. Everyone will be treated fairly. If someone breaks RP standards and misbehave, they will get a clear and polite feedback.
5. I will accept member feedback and always be open to listening and improving myself too.
6. Me and my deputies will personally reach out and plan RP operations with SAHP and FIB. This will include joint trainings, shared investigations and trooper act (joint jurisdiction) with SAHP it will not only improve RP, but also build better relationships.
