Hey, I'm new on the server so not really a complaint as such.. more of a learning experience on my part.

i went AFK for a family emergency... came back later that day for a grind to find out i had been banned by willian_federal. Reason GR 6.12

I just want to get back on the game and enjoy it.. so any help about how i go about doing that is much appreciated.
