This guy was killing cops at DOC, I tried to patch a colleague and he hit me with his car then shot me

His friend was chasing me because I was wanted, so I killed him. Then while I was walking around, I saw him treating his friend, so I killed him so he wouldn't treat him. What should I do? Should I let him treat him so he can chase me again? As for the car accident, I was driving fast on the road while he was treating a friend on the road, and according to server rules, there is no penalty for this.

He also exchanged fire with me, which indicates that they were chasing me.
He can be heard on the radio saying he's shooting at me, that means he was asking for help.
He doesn't know the server rules.
This person I was able to defeat in a game and he wants to hurt me. This kind of people is very bad.

Stop trying to deceive admins with your lies, they are not stupid. No one was chasing you when you hit me with the car and you even said you did it intentionally so I could not heal the officer. Yes that is what happens when you are wanted, you get chased, but you cannot shoot at DOC as it is unscripted GZ...learn the rules before you tell some else to learn them.
