Rule the Admin Broke: Incorrect punishment for RDM / Misinterpretation of evidence
Hello, I am filing a complaint regarding a punishment I received for RDM from Administrator Razwad Rogue.
In the forum report [Thread #1073725](https://gta5grand.com/forum/threads/1073725/#post-3750348), the admin issued a punishment against me (ID 41061) for RDM. However, the justification provided was:
> “When shots were fired at GZ, the ID was not visible so, we cannot judge on that.”
If the ID was not visible at the time of the incident, I believe the admin should not have concluded it was RDM without clear proof. Punishments should be based on **confirmed evidence**, not assumptions.
I kindly request that this case be reviewed by a senior administrator or project curator for fairness, and that the warn be reconsidered if it was made without clear identification or context.
