ID 197597 will receive punishment for GH 1.4 + CR
ID 141662 will receive punishment for GH 1.4
However, thread owner ID 124909 will receive punishment for Mixing.

GH 1.4: It is forbidden to push/kill gangmembers on their HQ. You are not allowed to enter on HQ of another gang without permission.
FYI: Even if you chase anyone down, you still cannot kill at the gang HQ.​
