2.1) I was in LSPD and also served in SAHP before so I know how everything works here I know all the codes how to do arrests and how to handle city situations I also helped in training new cadets before so I already have the experience.
2.2) I want to make LSPD more active and respected in the city if I become leader I will create proper system for patrols training and promotions so every officer know what to do and they also get rewarded for good work.
2.3) I want citizens to get more opportunities inside org because many times people don’t get chance due to favouritism I believe everyone should get fair chance based on their work not on who they are friends with
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
I will focus on setting clear roles with strong leadership and proper training sessions every week based on real situations like traffic stops and tactical calls. Human Resources will handle promotions and discipline fairly, while Parking Enforcement will be our second key department to reduce illegal parking and traffic violations in the city. Every officer will follow chain-of-command properly and those misusing their power or breaking city rules will be strictly handled. The goal is to keep things realistic, organized, and professional at all times.
