Hi, So I recently got a ban for Mass Rule Violation. While most of the rule breaks the person accused us of RDM, which he had to clearly report at the time of happening. Although he just collected those and phrase it as targeting and harrasment. It was not just us who did RDM, but even he did RDM. Now I will talk about the proof he provided, POV by POV.

Explanation:- He said I was trying to defame him by saying that he is getting kicked out of every family. In this sentence, I say everything clear, cauz he even said that to me id discord DM's that thank you for helping and letting me know about my family members. And this I don't see any rule for that. Speaking of defaming him, this guy clearly defamed my recent family many times in club chat saying that we are scammers. And I even post a forum regarding that, Joey Marsh didn't find it rule break and didn't punish him for that, so why was this counted here as a rule break?

I had been inactive in the game for several days, but I recently returned yesterday. As soon as I came back, these same players started targeting me again. Yesterday, they came to our family house once again and began provoking us. What’s worse is that after targeting us, they are now trying to report us by posting forum complaints against our family — even though they are the ones initiating the harassment.

Explanation: He said i came there because they did RDM on me a while ago that day and I even had put a forum on them, that's what I was talking about and I admit I was provoking them to fight.
This ID Player - 121338 (Hench Man) has a history of repeatedly filing forum complaints against many players. In fact, Admin Joey Marsh has already warned one of them in the past to “read the rules properly before posting on forums” — as seen in the screenshot I had shared. Despite that, they continue to misuse the forum system against others without valid reason.
Explanation: Here he accuses me of targeting him using forums which if you check my forum history, it was not only them on whom I made forums. I interact in RP most time so I encounter rule breakers and report them. And regarding he said that Joey Marsh has told me to read the rules for forums, this is the forum I posted and where Joey Marsh told me that.
So in the above forum, ID 105569 is also mentioned by me here. As those 3 families were shifting family members into each other to raid on my recent family, that is Bachelors Family. There was clearly teaming done by those people and still Joey Marsh did not punish them and said that alliance teaming is allowed in OOC events.

In my targeting forum, Joey Marsh said I made a baseless forum and needed to read rules, whereas I did not find any forum mistakes in the forum given by me. Even though ID 105569 put this forum which has clear mistakes but Joey Marsh did not tell them about forum rules.
I even was trying my best to get ban evaders and cheats users punished in the forum above but he still rejected it.
I did not make any assumption, giving all proof for all situations, and the forum in which I got banned has assumptions accusation which was accepted.
Joey Marsh told me to contact him on Discord and when he was asking me question, he didn't even complete the talk and next morning I see the forum was rejected.
Most of the claims were made on the basis of RDM and it should have been reported at the time of incident. And I don't understand I did not go OOC in any way, nor I defamed them like they did announcing in club chat.
My report was rejected which had all proofs and him having no proof, the forum got approved.
And regarding me talking about their family, you can see ID 91172 their leader was also even saying almost the same things I said, rather than the mass rule violations is counted here.
And I was so angry from his family cauz their ex leader manipulated me into giving them money in the form of donations and in return getting ranking points in family, You can see in logs that I gave their ex leader more than 15M in cash and many other resources they needed.
And I want to know what rule I broke here to be considered in mass rule violations. I hope I get unbanned and the matter is looked into thoroughly.
