2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization?


2.1. I have good experience in SAHP, GOV, and NG also. I was in high command position Like Deputy Governor in GOV and I was Lt General in NG as well as Commander of SAHP. My objective is to lead the organization after spending a significant amount of time in state service and rising through the ranks to high command by hard work and Pure dedication. I believe I possess the discipline, leadership qualities, and strategic mindset required to run this vital organization effectively. In the future, I want to improve roleplay with my plans and ideas.

2.2. I worked with state for nearly a year and gained remarkable experience. I have worked with NG a few times, but never had the opportunity to lead a team. So, I believe that this is the perfect time now that I can step up and lead. And I also experienced how NG works and what is their main objective. And I hope I can have a good relationship with every person in the city. I learned how to manage people well. My vision is to strengthen the structure of the NG, improve base security protocols, and maintain a constant training regimen that enhances the skills of our soldiers. I aim to lead with integrity, transparency, and fairness — ensuring that all members are respected, rewarded, and held accountable.


2.3. my goal here is to assemble a group of Responsible people who works as a team and fulfil their responsibilities as a team. I will always try to motivate them and make sure that the outcome is achieved. As an SANG organization we will co-operate with other state orgs and will take down the criminal activities in the State of Los Santos.




3. Your advice for improving the Role Play level in the organization.



  • Promote RP Culture from the Top

  • Leadership should set the tone by using realistic military/law enforcement RP language, ranks, and commands in daily interactions. Enforcing Roleplay before action should be the standard.
  • Structured Trainings and Drills


  • Newly Trained Soldiers shall be Supported and Well trained instead on relying on then to learn on their own. I will hire the best available HR team that are Professional and able to hire and train them to perfection, to be able enough to handle RP situations. Conduct scheduled training sessions like (formations, gate RP, arrest procedures, hostage rescue, etc).
  • Rank-Based Responsibilities


Ranks will be classified as like the Newbies will focus on Gate patrolling and doing other Operations like Candy Runs etc. where in Officers will lead the teams and show them direction. And High Command will manage division, Plans Special Operation, and Enforcing Roleplay Standards. I will make sure that every spec ops are attended and every Candy Runs Request are Delivered on time with priority. My Responsibility is to explain the Responsibilities of every department to those who are skilled at it, beside also boosting the Morale of the team members. Also, I will implement a Strong bonus system so that Employee feels rewarded and motivated for their contributions towards the state. I will do my best to ensure that each employee is putting the appropriate roleplay commands to make the RP better. I will try to teach each of the new comers how to put an appropriate roleplay command.

As I mentioned earlier my ultimate goal is to make NG the most active organisation in the City and also to make citizens realise that it’s not boring but pure fun to work for.




SANG Departments

Air Force - They will be specialized in scouting the base as well as the city and collecting Intel about the movements of criminal activities by air.

Black op's - They will be specialized in responding to FZ Raids, hostage situation, store robberies etc.

Human Resources – Being one of the vital Teams in the Organisation, They will be specialized in hiring and training the new comers. And also ensure that soldiers are hired for both shifts wise.

Military Police - They will specialize in patrolling the base by ground vehicles and neglect any criminal activities in the gates itself. Also they will play a important role in checking the Internal Activities within the org by activities like Background checks, Licenses Check , activity and Logs check, as well as Transport checks.
