2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)

• After gaining a lot of experience in different cities and successfully leading several organizations, I decided to move to City 3 (EN3) with one clear goal: to build from the ground up and push my limits in a completely new environment. Starting from scratch hasn't stopped me. Through steady effort, strong leadership, and a focus on quality roleplay, I have slowly built my reputation and made valuable connections. This journey has strengthened my foundation and rekindled my desire to take on a major leadership role.

• The Los Santos Police Department has always seemed to me like the city’s foundation of order. This role requires respect and constant accountability. Having dealt with both criminal groups and legal organizations, I get the complex environment that constantly engages with and challenges the LSPD.

• I am sure I can lead people, build strong systems, and find the right balance between realism and fun that a lively RP environment needs. I can mentor officers, handle high-pressure situations, and manage departments well. I believe these skills qualify me to help this important organization move into its next chapter.
