Hello Grand RP Team,

I'm writing regarding a ban on my account that seems to show an incorrect date.

A few months ago, I received a 1-month ban because of a recording program I used. I understand that this was against the rules, and I fully accepted the punishment at the time.

Now that the 1-month period has long passed, I tried to log in again. However, I was surprised to see that my account is still banned, and the message says the ban happened in 2022 – which makes no sense. I was playing the game without issues not long ago, and this recent ban had nothing to do with 2022.

Could you please check my account and clarify the situation? I believe the ban duration should already be over.
