Life Story:
Kjetil Viking is born in the capital of Norway named Oslo. He was a very smart and confident boy always used to have interest in legal orgs like FIB, SAHP, LSPD and NG . His father was also in the army and he was a very honest soldier but after Kjetil joined SAHP, FIB and LSPD his father got killed in a Global war! Kjetils father did amazing work inside the army and Kjetil wanted to follow his footsteps! Kjetil joined the Army and started following his footsteps of his father. After spending a lot of time in the Army Kjetil decided to join the Goverment and worked his way up too the USSS Director First person of state and found quickly out that he got a lot of power and decided to be corrupt and work his way up to the most richest and powerful person in the city! Now Kjetil have no choice but to keep his perfect corruption in FIB as he recently got Agent of the week and knows that he has all the trust in this ORG to make this possible !!
Career Story:
When he settled in Los santos he grew up and decided to join the SAHP, LSPD and FIB to financially support his mother because he lost his father. After his father died Kjetil decided to join NG and he got selected and got promotions so fast he got the rank of AG( Assistant General)(same as his father) and got alot of knowledge about the NG , Kjetil didnt really earn alot of money to make up for his fathers loss and was thinking about being corrupt! After long time of being in his head, he did understand that there was no other way to save himself and his mother from the poor lifestyle they were living in after his father got killed. So he decide to join the GOV and be a corrupt officer! Now that Kjetil left GOV and joined FIB he had no choice but to keep the corruption on going since he had earned to much money in the past ORG GOV !!
OUTCOME:
1. Kjetil Viking can lie to suspects about calling a lawyer and still process them without a lawyer and/or Miranda rights read
2. Kjetil Viking can use FIB vehicles while working in undercover outfit (not for personal purposes, only to arrest and for other FIB 3. activities only).
3. Kjetil Viking can receive bribes up to 100K maximum.
4. Kjetil Viking can use drugs and illegal weapons on/off duty.
5. Kjetil Viking can change his name temporarily while processing and charging suspects with crimes to keep his identity hidden.
