2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
- I've been deputy director in FIB 5 times, I've been deputy sheriff twice, I was also Deputy chief of police during Sinister's two terms which was completed successfully, and I think I'm ready for the challenge of becoming a Leader.
- Since my arrival in the city, I've been working as a LEO in various organizations which brings good knowledge of how legal organizations should work and make our city safer.
- I think me, as a Chief Of Police who would bring a good team of LEOs to LSPD and we will try our best to attend every event with good numbers and Ill make sure that my department is active, attending all events, no toxicity, favoritism would be allowed and together we will make the city a safer place for citizens.
- Make sure the officer's availability and everyone is attending daily, starting from the store robbery to subs at 0:00, and also, we make sure to train the new recruits in the best way.
- Solving their issues internally and externally when they occur, whether it's inside the department or outside the department.
3. Your advice for improving the Roleplay level in the organization.
A. I'll make sure that everyone is following chain of command, using proper RP commands, doing proper RP in events and aren't breaking rules that would ruin RP completely in that certain situation.
B. I will introduce a good bonus and promotion system to motivate and keep my agents working and active. The bonus system in my term will be as written below.
SCRIPTED EVENTS: (20K Each Event)
UNSCRIPTED EVENTS: (5K Each Event)
C. Ill make sure actual RP is done instead of chasing and arresting people, Ill make sure that they talk with citizens of San Andreas, explain laws and just dont run away and etc.
D. Availability of officers by dividing teams into two shifts, day and night, including officers and high commands, to ensure the presence of LSPD throughout 24/7.
E. Departments such as HRT, IA and TD are the most important and require engaging in RP, in my term, Ill ensure that all departments and members are engaging in good RP.
Human Resources and Training (HRT):
Human Resources and Training (HRT) plays a important role from day 1 to the last day. No one else will will able take interviews or hire anymore in the organization without approval from HR despite their position in the organization. Human Resources will be responsible for making sure that new hires request roles, logs, taking interviews, training new hires and they will ensure that the goodwill and needs of our agents will be fulfilled. They will also handle all promotions based on the performance of a individual and their commitment to the organization.
Internal Affairs (IA):
Internal Affairs most organizations depend on this department to make sure that the integrity of the organization is well-kept and not harmed, Most organizations depend on trustworthy and honest employees. Internal Affairs will make sure that all agents have clear backgrounds by checking them daily. Have their filled by performing log checks or activity checks, make sure that agents have their licenses up to date and do trunk inspections to prevent any corruption inside of the organization, they will also do regularly to avoid any corruption. To sum it up, they will make that no one will hurt the integrity or reputation of the organization.
Special weapons and tactics (SWAT):
SWAT will always be first responders to every event, their main focus will be to respond to all events on time making sure to bring the maximum agents with them to events such as, Store Robberies, Subs and etc.
Traffic Division (TD):
The Traffic Division is in-charge of issuing fines, towing and setting up border patrols. they will make sure that the city is clean of illegal parked vehicles and make sure we have a high number of tows and fines.
Public Relations (PR):
All state organization need their Citizen support and my public relations department will make sure to provide a positive impact of SAHP throughout the city by organizing constant promotional prize events for Citizens, running campaigns and awareness citizen about crime and how to stay safe working closely with Life invader media team to bring good reputation to the organization.
