I was playing a year ago and i was trying to find a house to rob with my family but the streets didnt load when i stepped on the street i just fall through it and after a couple mins i got kickd when i come back on the game i was banned by anti cheat and ip banned while i didnt do anything wrong or used any cheats or anything?

How can i fix this ?
