2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
2.1)I’ve been playing on this server for the past 3 months and in this time I’ve got to know it really well. I’m familiar with most of the rules and understand how things work here. I’ve also served as an LEO started in SAHP and later moved to LSPD. While in LSPD, I worked as a Cheif of staff (IA), and that position really helped me build leadership qualities and learn how to manage responsibilities properly. I’ve learned a lot during this time and I genuinely think I’m ready to handle an organization now. I know there’s still more to learn, but I’m confident that with the experience I gained and my active involvement, I can be a good fit for this org as an expressive and responsible guy.
2.2)As the leader of LSPD, I will make sure to keep LSPD more active and run things smoothly. Last term was honestly a good one, and I’ll continue that level of activity and energy in this term too. I will also give fair chances to those who actually deserve the position, not just based on friendship or favoritism. In my term, there will be no space for favoritism everyone will get what they earn. We’ll also try to attend every event possible as a team and keep LSPD’s presence strong in the city. I just want to build a term where things are fair, active, and respectful for everyone involved.
2.3)My plan for LSPD is pretty simple I want it to be a fun and energetic place to be in. I’m thinking of adding stuff like small bonuses, chill events, maybe even some friendly challenges just to keep the vibe fresh and positive. I feel like when people actually enjoy being around each other and feel noticed for what they do, the whole team works better. I want every member to feel like they belong here, not just like they’re clocking in and out. We’ll celebrate wins, big or small, and make sure everyone knows their efforts matter. End of the day, it’s not just a job it’s a community. And I want LSPD to be the kind of place people are actually happy to be a part of.
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
We know people work hard, and we want to show we see that. That’s why we’re starting a bonus system, especially for departments like IA and HR who do a lot in the background. We’ll also give weekly bonuses to those who do really well. It’s just a small way to say thank you and keep everyone motivated.
Helping our team is really important. We give training and support so everyone knows their job properly. We learn together and help each other get better. We also teach city laws so our members feel confident when doing their duties. When people feel ready and supported, they do great work.
