Subject: Complaint Form Opened as Instructed via Email – Request for Review by Project Curator

I am writing regarding my permanent ban in [Game Name]. Based on the game’s penalty system, I believe my ban was supposed to last for 60 days. However, I was permanently banned instead. I submitted multiple complaints through the official support system, but they were all rejected without proper investigation.

I recently received an email from your support team stating that I should write a complaint to the project curator and include the links to all previous complaints so that the case can be properly reviewed. I am now following those instructions.

I respectfully request that the project curator reviews my situation, as I believe there has been a mistake in the severity of the punishment I received.
