ID ID 190804 + 168782 will receive a punishment for GR 6.15.
(As seen in the POV ID 190804 + 168782 Shot the POV owner without any RP demands)

However,


ID 173731 will receive a punishment for GR 6.15.
(As seen in the POV ID 173731, shot back without giving any demands. At that moment, ID 173731 was not wearing any LEO armour, nor did he identify himself as an LEO during the RP.)
