For your kind information LEOs have immunity to shoot in GZ, btw it's unscripted GZ so yes, he was also able to shoot at other LEOs inside the DOC.

And provoking is considered when you are alive and i provoke you for something, he was unconscious how can you consider it provoking? And if we agree for a minute, you did NLR just to take revenge and kill me back? Okay new rule break by you revenge killing ( RK)

If you are using lethal weapon, so yes as a UC agent of FIB I have all rights to stop you doing so and when a LEO uses lethal weapon to stop criminal doing crime it's not considered as RDM.
