Hello senior management and admin team. When I entered the game, I saw that I was banned due to GR 1.4. I don't know why. I think there's a misunderstanding, but it's not a big deal. I only have two accounts, and their IDs are 180421 and 185083. You can check everything. My account is 180421, which has been banned for 60 days.
