I am an EMS employee. This guy did a rule break of racism + GR 3.2.
He asked for my location, and I said, I am from Vinewood Hills, time stamp 0.38s. He said in the Hindi language, "Indian? Ha, Indian, bro? Are you Indian? Sale, Indian?"
He mentioned relatives by saying "sale," and he did racism by saying "Indian, Indian sale."

Any indian admin will be understand this.
