hello for whoever gonna tell me (reply was given ).
my name is ammar im playing with friends in en2 and in 28-march-2024 your admin tomi miller banned me for the reason gr 1.1 which is sharing account and there is no logic to ban for this reason cuz im living in the same house for almost 20 years and using the same pc for 5 years . so when u put the rules or when u type the rules just type all details so no one can blame u if u banned them .
ok so i will get into my main issue which is gr 1.4 . i got ban for this reason and i already texted the all admins and made a complaint with no gun pointed at my head and with my full will and mental strength that I was sharing the same pc with my brother (me and him ) and he stopped using the pc . and i made a complaint and technical forum asking for help to delete the last account so i dont get ban . and what was the reply i got ?
the reply was we cant delete the 3rd account just dont open it . and iiiii didnt open it and did what u asked me for . why do u ban me ? and if there was no way to solve the issue u could just ask me to proof that me and him are using the same pc . and u did nothing .
and when i make a complaint and a forum saying that i got banned . u dont even read what i wrote and u dont even care what i wrote u just said what u r good at . i dont unban twink . and when i asked help from the chief administrator , he didnt even think to bother himself reading my issue or what i wrote .
im not gonna beg u . i will ask kindly to solve my issue and unabn me .
