Hello Higher Admins,
I would like to bring to your attention a concern regarding a recent forum complaint I submitted.
According to the server rules:
GH 1.4 states: "It is forbidden to push/kill gang members on their HQ. You are not allowed to enter the HQ of another gang without permission."
GH 1.5 states: "If you are standing on your HQ, it is forbidden to start shooting from your own territory."
In my complaint, I reported that our gang members were killed and arrested by LEOs inside our HQ. I understand and have no objection under GH 1.3, as they had a valid IC reason to enter due to a hostage situation.
However, my concern is about who gave them permission to shoot and kill inside the HQ, as GH 1.4 clearly prohibits killing or pushing gang members inside their own HQ. Despite this, Yaswant Trigger Sir rejected the complaint stating:
"LEOs can enter HQ and arrest/kill if needed when a hostage situation is happening inside. No permission is needed."
I have the following concerns:
1st - Since when is this rule allowed?
2nd - If the rule has changed, why weren’t the players officially informed?
3rd - Even if this is allowed under GH 1.4 due to the IC situation — what about GH 1.5?
GH 1.5 clearly states that we cannot initiate shooting from our own HQ without demands.
So how are we supposed to defend ourselves from LEOs if we’re not allowed to shoot from our own HQ?
I really feel this decision was unfair and I request you to please check my forum again and I respectfully request a proper explanation of how these rules are intended to work in such situations.
