In the First POV we can see a lot of SAHP and FIB officer are cuffing and uncuffing me while I am moving and while I have revolver in my hand.
In the Second POV we can see the guy cuffing me while I am moving another situation of POV and according to State rule 5.6 which states "LSPD/SAHP/FIB require to have a bodycam for each arrest. | In the absence of evidence - verbal warning", I would like to request POV of 34327
