I mostly wroked in FIB where i learned that people MK dead bodies in events so they dont get patched up. I joined NG and in FZ raid I MKed gang member so he canot get patched up. after that i got warned for MK. If i knew it was a rule break i wont have done it. I know i am at fault but i didnt know about this. Please remove my warn as ive been doing LEO rp from the start. I hope you understand.

Rejected, Mercy killing is avoiding person from rp situation. so him being patched up is also RP. and you avoided him. he can also get arrested and you avoided him also of being arrest. so fair decsison were given. i suggest you to read GR 6.13 Again.
6.13 It is restricted to kill person who is unconscious to help him to avoid RP situation(Mercy killing). | Demorgan 120 min or WARN
